Who We Are
Community Choice of New Jersey is a community-based adult day habilitation service organization licensed through the NJ Division of the Developmental Disabilities (NJ DDD) to daily serve 18 years of age or older, who need supportive services to live as independently as possible. Our corporate office has been serving families since 2008 and is located at 15-01 Broadway Suite 10C Fair Lawn, NJ 07410. Our day habilitation facility address is 49 East Midland Avenue Paramus, NJ 07652.
Our Philosophy
We believe that everyone deserves a chance at a happy and meaningful life and that no physical or mental limitation disqualifies anyone from it. We believe that peace of mind is vital in creating a manageable family life. That is why we are committed to providing a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for participants and their families. We believe in the importance of continuous education and lifelong learning. With that, we ensure that our professional staff is handpicked for their creativity, enthusiasm, and credentials. We believe in socializing, making friends, and having fun! For that reason, we provide daily activities that promote interaction and provide the opportunity for friendship to develop among members. We believe in the integration of generations, and opportunities are provided to foster and integrate friendships in our community. We believe that we are a team with participants and family/caregivers. We lead them toward a peaceful, comfortable, and happy life by supporting them through close communication, education, and caregiver support groups.
